Rosa Náutica is a lovely 3 bedroom villa located in on the Vale do Milho development about 3 kms from the centre of Carvoeiro.

The Vale do Milho development has a nine-hole par 3 golf course, excellent for sharpening up your short game, and the club house is a short walk from the villa. Here there is a bar and restaurant, plus snooker and Sky TV. There are also two 18-hole courses - Pinta and Gramacho - no more than a ten minute drive away.

The closest beach and restaurant is at Praia de Centianes, just a five minute walk from the villa. Within five - ten minutes by car are plenty of cove beaches which have safe bathing and beach restaurants. There are a number of restaurants in the local area and in Carvoeiro centre there are a vast number to choose from.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
