This outstanding new 3 bedroom villa is located on Gramacho golf course.
The villa boasts beautiful interior furnishings and a heated pool and peaceful surrounding
As you enter the property you are welcomed by a gated driveway which can house as many as 5 cars.You enter the house through a huge wooden door and are welcomed into a huge open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with wall to wall windows.
The space is very modern and beautifully designed, there are two sofas and a large flat screen smart TV in the living area.
As you move through to the dining area you find a large table with 8 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and nespresso coffee machine as well as all kitchen utensils, dining equipment and small appliances.
In the utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer.
Also located in the living area is a toilet.
As you pass through the dining room you enter the master bedroom, here you will find a king size bed with wardrobes again surrounded by big open windows. There is an in suite bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and sink.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king size bed, both have plenty of wardrobe space and have their own individual balconies with a bistro table and two chairs.
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which have a shower, toilet and sink.
There are also two terraces on the top floor if you prefer some quiet time away from the pool area.
If we head back downstairs then we can exit through the the living area into the garden.
You will be met by the large heated swimming pool and beautifully manicured gardens that sweep all the way around the villa.
There is a chill out area with 3 outdoor sofas and coffee table as well as another dining table with 8 chairs.
Next to the pool you will find 6 sun loungers and if you head up to the decked area to the side of the house you will find another double lounger.
Other things to note
Located in the heart of Gramacho golf course in Estomber, Lagoa you are ideally located for both Golf and a 10 minute drive to the coast. There is also a small supermarket and restaurant on site.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

An absolutely stunning villa. 5 Star!
We have stayed in many holiday homes, but this one is now at the top of the list. This beautiful modern villa is fabulous with a lovely pool, barbecue and lovely outdoor furniture The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you would need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great and beds very comfortable. We hired a car as the villa is a short drive from the beaches and town but we ended up using Uber a lot so we could enjoy a few drinks so therefore don’t think a car is necessarily essential and worth the added expense. We loved our week's stay here and would love to return. Liz and Andrew were so helpful and made our whole time the easiest experience possible. Just an amazing time and we cannot recommend this enough.
Incredible
An incredible getaway! The elegant suites and serene ambiance made it perfect for relaxation. The private pool and nearby attractions ensured a mix of leisure and exploration. Definitely planning a return trip!
A great stay
As soon as we arrived we were so impressed. The villa is faultless..very clean, very large rooms , air conditioning , comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, everything you would want for a luxury stay. The garden is absolutely stunning with a great heated pool and plenty of loungers. I cannot fault it..I just wish we had stayed longer. Would recommend a car or taxi. The local towns are so lovely and the beaches nearby are simply stunning. Would definitely go back to the villa again!
Great villa
Lovely spacious villa with great outdoor dining space and pool. Spacious bedrooms and good bathrooms, and nice outdoor seating areas. Nice.y furnished lounge and dining room and good size, kitchen is very well equipped . Gated parking. A short drive or taxi ride into the towns of Carvoeiro or Ferragudo. Hope to return again in the near future
Perfect villa
What a fantastic modern villa. We loved the pool, spent many lazy hours alongside and playing in it. Location is perfect, in a quiet neighbourhood by the golf course and just a 6 euro uber drive into town. We are already planning to book next year.
Fantastic Villa
We are very frequent "villa renters", and this villa is definitely one of my absolute favorites! The value for money is excellent, it is a perfectly designed villa, with a lovely heated pool (the water was 31 degrees, which is very pleasant in January :-)), good quality furniture, beds, kitchen equipment etc etc and very very clean! You receive a 20% discount at the golf course, which was a nice extra surprise. Would 100% recommend it!
