A stunning blend of modern and traditional, the villa is well positioned within walking distance of the town centre and the beach.
The outside areas offer plenty of space to relax, unwind and make the most of the Algarve weather. The villa has a private, heated swimming pool (pool heating costs extra) which is bordered by a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and a comfy seating area under a pergola. There is also a charcoal barbecue under a separate covered terrace with table and seating for alfresco dining.
The villa comprises in the main villa of open plan living / dining area, a very spacious and fully fitted kitchen, WC, bar, cosy mezzanine seating area, 2 twin bedrooms, family bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate annex comprising of double bed and TV seating area, kitchenette and bathroom with walk-in shower.
A large carport offers shaded parking for 2 cars and there is also an abundance of parking space on the driveway. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer adjacent to a terrace with clothes horse.
All the bedrooms are equipped with dual air conditioning / heating units. There is fibre optic wi-fi, a Smart TV and Portuguese cable. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town which hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months and boasts an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and activities.
A short 10 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 20 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Great holiday
A fantastic five night stay. My wife and I travelled with our parents and our two children (ages 5 and 18 months). The outdoor setup was exactly what we wanted. Lovely patio with a nice pool. The area has loads of great places to visit nearby. Interior was well equipped with everything you need. Hope to be back
Perfect accommodation
Excellent property and location. Very quiet and near good restaurants amd a pretty beach. Furnished to a high standard. We had some issues with electricity while we were there which was attended to very promptly by agent supported by owner.
Perfect family holiday
The house is clean, very well equipped and spacious with great outdoor arets and a large pool. The location is great. It is not far to the beach or to the town of Carvoeiro. The area has everything an active family needs. The host is so helpfull and friendly. We hope to come back.

A great stay
Very clean and spacious villa set in well maintained grounds with a great pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was within walking distance - No car required. Would love to go back if visiting Portugal with the family again.
A great family getaway
The villa was everything and more than we hoped. The pool was a highlight and a very generous size. Bedrooms all spacious and clean and equipped much needed air conditioning. The management were fantastic and always on hand if we had any queries. Thank you again for a lovely holiday.
Wonderful villa
Our group of 4 couples stayed at this villa in July. We found the location to be ideal for walking into Carvoeiro town or visiting the beach. The villa is large and very homely. The outside space was perfect for lounging around the pool or having an evening bbq. The booking process was very easy and the management team were great and on hand to help with a couple of small issues we had. Would highly recommend and would love to return.
