CasaTranquillais a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with beautifully manicured gardens and private pool located in Presa da Moura, Carvoeiro within easy walking distance of the striking clifftops of Vale da Lapa. Within a 15 minute walk of the villa there are a few restaurants, coffee shops and mini market. The popular seaside town of Carvoeiro with its many shops, bars, restaurants and beach is just a 5 minute drive. Another short 5 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
The villa is designed to make the most of outdoor living. It offers numerous spacious terraces, private outdoor pool, barbecue area and a large first floor terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The accommodation is set out over 2 floors and comprises of spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped and open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 3 en-suite bedrooms, guest WC and a second sitting room.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.
A cot and high chair are available.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Stunning villa
We had a wonderful family holiday at this villa. The indoor and outdoor space is fabulous. Just like the photos. The location was perfect for us in a nice quiet area very close to the coastal footpath which takes you to some absolutely stunning beaches. We used Ubers in the evening and loved both Carvoeiro and Ferragudo which are both 5 minutes drive away.
Wonderful holiday
We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and didn’t want to leave. Lovely quiet location absolutely beautiful pool and gardens!! Beautifully furnished and very well equipped. We know the area well and it was a perfect location for us. Close to our favourite beach and restaurant at Caneiros which we could walk to. Blueshores answered any questions straight away. Will be coming back!
Excellent villa
The villa is very well equipped, clean & extremely spacious. It’s in a great location near some fantastic golf courses and stunning beaches. There are several restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive or uber/taxi ride to Carvoeiro or Ferragudo. We made good use of the pool especially after a round of golf! The bedrooms were all very comfortable. Host was very helpful prior to arrival & we had a minor issue during our stay that was dealt with quickly by the managing agents. Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa & hope to visit again one day
A perfect place to chill out!
We had a quite wonderful week at Casa Tranquilla with some good friends and it certainly lives up to its name as a perfect place to chill-out. The villa has a lovely open-plan layout with several great areas to sit out including the upstairs terrace with sea views. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped and the standard of cleanliness was great. The pool, garden and terraces were delightful and not overlooked at all. We loved this area of Carvoeiro and the fabulous Hexagone restaurant we could walk!
