This charming townhouse offers the ultimate base for your holiday. The house is situated only 350 metres from Carvoeiro town centre with its many shops, bars, restaurants and golden sand beach. It’s situated on a small holiday complex, very popular with families. There is a communal pool with poolside snack bar. There is also and pretty courtyard with restaurants, cocktail lounge and jazz bar.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom resides on the first floor and has a large double bed and patio doors opening onto a terrace with partial sea views. There is an attached ensuite bathroom comprising of his and hers vanity unit, WC, bidet and walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin room on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a second bathroom with vanity unit, WC, bidet and walk in shower. There is an open plan living/dining area also on this level which opens onto a lawned area with sunbeds and umbrella. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you need and door opening onto a terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.

There is air conditioning throughout and the house has free Wi-Fi, cable channels and a flat screen TV.

Carvoeiro itself is a lovely town. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the town beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
