A hidden oasis, the pool and garden radiate an ambience of relaxation and tranquility yet you are only metres from an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars.
The swimming pool is a generous 6m x 6m and is bordered by a terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a pergola, outdoor dining area and barbecue.
The accommodation itself comprises of 3 en-suite bedrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The living / dining area opens onto a large balcony with spectacular views of the town beach. The balcony is partially covered and offers further options for outdoor seating and dining. The master bedroom boasts the same striking view of Carvoeiro beach and opens onto another balcony.
There is Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cots for infants are available on request.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Great villa
House was lovely, very clean and communication with booking agent & property manager in the lead up was excellent. Pool and outdoor dining area is very nice. The location is fantastic. The beach is really close and there are so many restaurants to choose from in Carvoeiro. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
Fabulous villa
The villa is superb, good swimming pool which was ideal for the children, beach and restaurants a stones throw away., the views from the balcony are fantastic, property manager was very helpful, we had a really good stay and would recommend this property.
Wonderful holiday villa
We are a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. We’ve holidayed in Carvoeiro for many years and we were so pleased to find a spacious villa with private pool in the centre of the town and with such an amazing view. We will definitely book again.
