Villa Figueira (3 Bedroom Villa)

Casa Figueira is a spacious, elegant, 3 bedroom villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Vale do Milho golf course. The villa has a private heated pool (heating extra) enclosed by a spacious terrace with pool shower, BBQ area, sun loungers and outdoor seating areas. There is also an internal courtyard with second BBQ area.

When you enter the villa double doors lead to a circular entrance hall with stairs sweeping up to the first floor. On the first floor resides the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors from the bedroom open onto a terrace with sea views and comfy seating area.

On the ground floor there is the living/dining area which opens onto the main pool terrace. Adjoining the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including dishwasher and washing machine. There are a further two en-suite bedrooms on this level, both with sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace and a guest WC.

The villa is further equipped air conditioning throughout, a 42″ plasma TV, free Wi-Fi, smart Blu-ray player, DVD player, CD player, and safe. The property is fully fenced with electric entry gates.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
