This stunning 4 bedroom villa is located just a short walk from the centre of Carvoeiro with its many shops, restaurants, bars and beach. The ultimate base for your holiday in the sun, the villa has a large 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, a jacuzzi, pool shower, barbecue and poolside bar. Furthermore, there is a beautiful, well tended garden and several terraces equipped with seating areas for relaxing as well as tables for alfresco dining. Villas of this calibre within walking distance into town are few and far between.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, open plan living / dining area, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.

Cots and highchairs can be provided for children up to 2 years of age and there is FREE wi-fi throughout.

The villa is fully fenced and has electric entry gates. There is a spacious driveway with space for up to 3 cars.

Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the town beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
