This private, detached villa is located in Vale de Milho, Carvoeiro just 350 meters from the golf course and clubhouse and a 15 minute walk from the beach.

The villa is centred on a spacious plot with large driveway and a pretty garden with lawned area. The swimming pool can be heated (heating extra) so guests can enjoy it throughout the year. The pool is bordered by a large terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and adjoined by a covered BBQ area and outdoor shower.

The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living/dining area is spacious with a working fireplace and ample seating for 8 persons. Of the 4 bedrooms, 1 has a double bed and the remaining 3 bedrooms have twin beds. Of the 3 bathrooms, 2 consist of bath tub with shower head, separate shower cubicle, sink, and WC. The third bathroom comprises of sink, WC and shower.

The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi and TV.

The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It’s a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the villa and Carvoeiro town centre is 2.5km away.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
