Apartment Fucshia is a first floor one bedroom apartment on the Ferragudo Valley Park developement, just 250m from the beach. The small development of apartments share a large swimming pool and children’s pool.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has air conditioning and free Wi-fi and it also benefits from a spacious roof terrace with BBQ.
The apartment is a fantastic base for exploring the local area with or without a car. It is just a couple of minutes walk from Praia Grande beach which has a selection of bars and restaurants and water sports in the summer months. In the other direction (5-10 minute walk) is Ferragudo town with numerous bars, restaurants and small shops. From Ferragudo you can get a water taxi across the estuary to Portimão Marina or main town.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
