This very well equipped holiday home is suitable for 4 people. The master bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a super king, this bedroom has an En-Suite Shower Room. The second bedroom has a double bed and there is a separate bathroom with a bath with shower over. From the garden and the large roof terrace you have beautiful panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean.
Two lovely beaches and some restaurants are located only 200m away. This lovely development also has a communal pool with stunning sea views.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
