This traditionaltwo bedroom beautifulbeachhouse is located in the small village ofBenagil, with stunning views across the beach and out to sea.The village of Benagil has 5 restaurants,all with in walking distance. Kayaking and boat excursions offering dolphin watching or viewing the world’s most photographed sea caves and much more are on offer rightfrom your doorstep. The larger town of Carvoeiro, with its many shops, bars,restaurants and beautiful beachesis just a5-10minute drive away.
The house is separated into two separate livingaccommodations connected internally making it ideal for couples or familieswishing get to holiday together but having their own individual space.Both have double bedrooms,shower rooms and a kitchenette andliving area. There is a lovely terrace with BBQ and dining area overlooking the beach.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
