Casa Vale Verde is a stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located in the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso within easy walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a beach. The resort itself also has a restaurant and pool bar or the popular Monte Carvoeiro square with is bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk away. Guest have use of the resort facilities including communal pools, kids club, tennis courts and mini golf. The resort also have nightly entertainment at the bar. The villa has been recently renovated to a high standard and benefits from fantastic sea views. The villa is ideal for families or groups sleeping 10/12(max of 8 adults).It has 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite, 1 twin bedroom with shower room and 1 children’s bedroom with single bed, pull out bed and ensuite with junior size toilet, sink, bath and shower. Cots can be provided for babies and a sofabed is available in the master bedroom for young children.
The villa is on a secure and safe plot that is fully fenced and has electric gates leading to a large driveway. Beautiful gardens surround the villa with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the stunning view across the valley and out to sea. To the side of the villa is a grassed garden area ideal for children to play with a table tennis table and basketball net. Steps lead down from the garden to the pool area where there are 8 sunloungers available for you to relax and enjoy the fabulous view. At the top of the stairs is a Jacuzzi hot tub (please note there is an additional fee of £105 per week for the hot tub).

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Idyllic location
Our family of 8(6 adults and two kids - 4 and 7) spent a lovely week in this home exploring the Algarve. The view alone is absolutely breathtaking. The pool was our kids favorite place and it was such an incredibly relaxing space for everyone to unwind. The villa was extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. Lots of great restaurants and a grocery stores a short walk away so a car is not required. The owner gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and places to eat which was very helpful as it was our first visit to Portugal. It wont’t be our last. We can’t wait to return and already thinking we will rebook this villa.
Perfect
My family of 6 adults and 4 children travelled to Carvoeiro in August and stayed at Casa Vale Verde. It was our first time renting a villa directly with the owner so we were a bit apprehensive but everything was great from initial communication with Liz who answered all our many questions and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and to eat out, to the management and maid service during our stay. It was all perfect and we had the best holiday. The villa was fantastic. Very clean and well equipped and the view across the valley to the sea is beautiful. It is in a great location within walking distance of Carvoeiro town and beach. There were so many lovely restaurants to choose from. We wished we had booked for longer than a week and will most certainly look to return again in the future.
Great villa with spectacular view
We have stayed in many, many villas over the years, and I can honestly say this is one of the best. The views from the terrace and pool are wonderful and the villa itself is very well equipped and so homely. Liz was extremely quick to respond to any queries and so helpful at every stage. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the lovely town and beach of Carvoeiro with so many choices of bars and restaurants. There are more restaurants even closer to the villa too. We loved black salt restaurant and the cocktail garden in Monte Carvoeiro just a 5 minute walk away. We would love to return.
Fabulous villa
We had the most wonderful holiday at Casa Vale Verde. The villa was absolutely perfect and everything we wanted for a special family holiday. Would highly recommend.
location, location, location.
Hilton claims these are the 3 most important things in hospitality Casa Vale Verde is extremely well served here. Turn left out of gate, and in 2 mins you have an excellent Italian restaurant; cafe; resort centre with 3 swim pools, and a mini market Turn right out of gate and within 5 mins you have some 6 restaurants; 2 cafe; 2 mini markets, medical centre and a sports bar Yet, the Villa feels isolated. There are villas either side, but the back is all open with a green valley. Not overlooked at all, and very little noise from around. The villa is not new - but this helps you to be relaxed as you are not anxious about marking/ damaging new furniture. It is clean and tidy, well furnished, with all the equipment you need in the kitchen and BBQ area. Pool area is in sunshine all the day, with loungers for all 5 good sized bedrooms, with bathrooms and ample relaxation area - inside and out. Liz also recommended Zitauto as a car hire - and saved me over £300 on the car! We have already recommended this villa to several of our friends
